We accept drop-offs Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

We also offer Pick-up/Deliver Services for an additional fee.

Drop-Off Appointment
Bring your machine to the Flatland Performance shop at your scheduled time. Drop-off time is intake only. The timeline will be confirmed after evaluation.

Pick-Up & Delivery Service
We pick up your machine from your location and return it when service is complete. Additional fees apply based on distance.

What to expect

Step 1: Book your slot

Select an available drop-off time using the link above.

Step 2: Drop-off your equipment

Bring your equipment to 1074 1/2 W Division Ave, Minto during your scheduled window. We'll check it in and take a look.

Drop-off time is intake only. The timeline will be confirmed after evaluation.

Step 3: Receive your estimate

Once we've diagnosed the issue, we'll contact you with a written estimate before any work begins. No surprises.

Note on deposits: Jobs estimated over $500 require a 50% deposit before work begins.

Step 4: Pickup when ready

We'll contact you when your equipment is ready. Payment is due at pickup.
